The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bishanpur P.S.Case No.112 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that the petitioner and other accused persons came and started abusing to the father of the informant and there is specific allegation against the co-accused Karan Sah that he thrashed the father of the informant on the ground and assaulted by leg.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation of assault attributed against the petitioner rather the allegation is against one Karan Sah.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VII, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P.S.Case No.112 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
