Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the various annexures which go to show that this petitioner was on duty in his bank, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
