Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341/323/354/504 of India Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and in absence of her husband outraged her modesty.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the next door neighbour of the informant. The occurrence took place on 3.8.2015 but the first

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53699 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 information report was registered on 20.08.2015. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents and a statement to this effect has been given in para three of the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 160/2015 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
