2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Dispute over share in compensation amount led to Maarpeet between informant and petitioners, in which, it is alleged that these petitioners assaulted informant with iron rod causing injury on his head. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 1 took out Rs. 20,000/- from pocket of informant and when his wife came to rescue, she was also assaulted and threatened.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Counter case has been lodged by father of these petitioners against the informant. Injuries, sustained by informant, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 181 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
