The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.396 of 2015 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party nos.2 and 3 submit that earlier, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6336 of 2017 (5) dt.27-07-2017 2/2 this Court to settle the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.3 amicably where the dispute has already been settled in between them and, accordingly, the petitioner paid Rs.2,80,000/- to the opposite party no.3 and also returned house utensils to the opposite party no.3 Since the dispute has already been settled in between the parties amicably through the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.396 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
