ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.174 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 332, 337, 338, 353, 504, 506, 427, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner is said to be one of the persons, who has indulged in brick-batting and stone pelting at the S.D.P.O., but in view of the fact that he can at best be said to be a member of the crowd, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35773 of 2017 (2) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.174 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
