2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he will file a detail representation before the Director (Administration), Department of Higher Education, Bihar for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, as mentioned in para no.1 of the writ petition.
3. The Director (Administration), Department of Higher Education, Bihar is directed to call for the service record
Patna High Court CWJC No.6267 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 relating to the petitioner and ensure to take steps to make payment of all the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
