JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 306 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,325,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case due land dispute. Direct allegation is against the co-accused Gulab Chand who gave farsa blow on the head of the informant. It is further submitted that there was free fighting between the parties in which both sides sustained injury for which there is case and counter case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

No.143 of 2017 (5) dt.23-02-2017 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
