2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 assaulted Rohit Kumar causing him simple injuries, whereas petitioner no.2 assaulted Suraj Kumar with danda causing him grievous injuries.

4. Considering the nature of injury, prayer for bail of the petitioner no.2 is rejected.

5. However, prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28007 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Town Police Station Case No. 02/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
