JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 411 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during investigation witnesses have stated that the death occurred due to fall. Post Mortem Report does not suggest that the death occurred due to assault. First information report was lodged after delay of about one month. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.24328 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.
