The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 34, 504, 506, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caused injury on the face of the informant brother Shri Nandan Mahton with dagger when co-accused Murari Mahton assaulted with knife on the soldier of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner side lodged case against the informant at earlier point of time.

The injury has been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two securities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajendra Das J.M. 1st Class Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
