Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 (G R no. 486 of 2019) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he is a fake compounder and he assisted a quack doctor, who used to run a fake Clinic, had given an injection to a five years old son of the informant, suffered from slight fever. Soon after the injection foam started coming out from his mouth and thereafter he died. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24054 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 case. Specific allegation of giving injection to the son of the informant is against the doctor. Petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019.
