JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and Bihar State Sunni Waqf Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board').

2. Incidentally, the Chief Executive Officer of the Board who was present in connection with another case has also appeared in this case and has assisted the Court.

3. The grievance of the petitioner was that the amount of settlement for the orchard of Musharaf Ali Waqf Estate in the district of Bhagalpur from the year 2009 till date, has not been

4. Learned counsel for the Board, upon instructions from the Chief Executive Officer of the Board, takes a categorical stand that the cheque for the amount claimed shall be handed over to the petitioner today itself.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in light of the stand taken by the Board.

6. Let the petitioner appear before the Chief Executive Officer of the Board at 11:30 A.M. in his office on 08th September, 2017, when he shall be handed over the cheque for the amount which has been received by the Board for the said purpose. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) S.Sb/- U
