It is agreed by the parties that during the pendency of the writ application the entire post retiral dues have been paid. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the calculation or payment of any of the post retrial dues, she shall be at liberty to raise such grievance by way of filing a representation within a period of one month from today and if such representation is made
Patna High Court CWJC No.483 of 2016 (5) dt.11-10-2017 with regard to wrong calculation or non-payment of any of the retrial dues to which the petitioner is found entitled, the respondents shall be under obligation to see that the grievance of the petitioner raised in such representation is addressed within a period of two months.
With the aforesaid liberty, this application is disposed of.
