This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 304B, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons killing the deceased lady on account of non-fulfillment of the demand for dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased lady and the husband is behind bars, who is the main accused in the present case. It is further submitted that the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S.
