2. The present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for restoration of order dated 25.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80015 of 2025, which was dismissed for nonprosecution

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to personal difficulties, he could not appear to argue this case and the case was dismissed. He further submits that such mistake shall not take place in future.

4. In the light of ground mentioned in the present application, the criminal miscellaneous application is hereby

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35198 of 2026(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 allowed and Cr. Misc. No.80015 of 2025 is hereby restored to its original file, subject to cost of Rs.1000/- imposed upon the counsel for the petitioner, which shall be deposited in the account of Patna High Court Lawyers' Association.
