JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Seen the report submitted by the learned APP sent by S.P., East Champaran at Motihari, wherefrom it is apparent that all the charge-sheet witnesses have already been examined. That being so, now the ball has gone into the court of petitioner and in the aforesaid background, he has to manage the trial. Accordingly, this petition does not warrant consideration furthermore and is, hereby rejected.

However, learned lower court is directed to pursue with the trial in terms of order dated 01.05.2019 and will endeavour to conclude the same within the month of August, 2019 itself.
