JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29734 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from today in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga. Though, earlier also similar modification application was allowed vide order dated 16.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43816 of 2015 but the petitioner could not surrender within stipulated period.

It is made clear that no such further modification application will be entertained.
