2. On 20.03.2024, this Court has passed order as under:- "The matter was heard in part
Patna High Court CWJC No.15867 of 2008(15) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 on 15.03.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to file LPA orders as well as Hon'ble Supreme Court orders of SLP which are connected to this case.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and matter was posted as a last indulgence to 27.03.2024."
3. On 27.03.2024 also learned counsel for the petitioners requested further adjournment for filing the orders of SLP of Hon'ble Apex Court and the matter was posted to 28.03.2024. On 28.03.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought time for filing the translated copy of Annexure - 2 (Page 22) of the writ petition, therefore, the matter is posted for today. But today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even the orders of SLP has not been filed inspite of taking adjournment under different reasons. Even the report of the registry disclose that the petitioner has not filed any translated copy.
3. In view of the aforesaid observations, the matter is dismissed for default.
