The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 299 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no material in the whole case diary against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
