JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-12-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out typographical error in the order dated 08.09.2020 and submitted that "Rs.15,83,429" has wrongly been typed in third paragraph of the order dated 08.09.2020, in fact, it should have been Rs.6,50,492.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 08.09.2020 passed in this writ petition is modified to the extent that the words "Rs.15,83,429/-" appearing in the third paragraph of the order will be read as "Rs.6,50,492.
