The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 323 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.06.2022.

As per the prosecution, the police personnel on secret information raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons and from the possession of other co-accused some incriminating articles were recovered.

No.29045 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 323 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Patliputra Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
