JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of State of Bihar Vs. Sunny Prakash & Ors. Reported in (2013) 3 SCC 559 and follow up the decision of the State Government granting the pay scale in terms of the agreement between Federation of the Non-Teaching employee and the State Government. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University to examine the claim of the husband of the petitioner in the light of the decision of the State Government which was issued in compliance of the direction issued by the Apex Court in the case of Sunny Prakash (supra) and take final decision in this regard within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16543 of 2014(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 The direction would also bind the successor of the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura i.e. Purnea University which came into existence after bifurcation of the B.N. Mandal University on 18.3.2018.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
