Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 256 of 2020.

As per allegation, both the petitioners, who are brothers, and their father Ashok Raut entered into the house of the informant. Ashok Raut assaulted the grand-mother of the informant and these two petitioners outraged the modesty of the informant. There is also allegation against petitioner no.1 that he assaulted the sister of the informant on her head. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that co-accused Ashok Raut, father of the petitioners, has lodged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33866 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 Complaint Case No.633 of 2020 against the informant and his family members and the injuries sustained by the grand-mother of the informant are simple in nature. He has also submitted that co-accused Ashok Raut has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.33578 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No.256 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
