JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

The issue involved in the present writ petition cannot be entertained at this stage after the decision of this Court as well as the Apex Court as the Staff Selection Commission has invited objection for preparing select list for filling up 2413 unfilled vacancies out of 34540 assistant teachers. Since objection was invited by the Commission and the Commission has proceeded ahead after inviting objection of the eligible candidates, no further direction is required

Patna High Court CWJC No.19848 of 2014(2) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 except2014 that the Commission will finalize the select list in accordance with law and take steps for recommendation against 2413 unfilled vacancies at the earliest.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
