The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.932 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 385, 384, 419, 420, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the date of occurrence these petitioners while riding on motorcycle with one unknown miscreants surrounded him. It is alleged that petitioner No.2 put pistol on temple region of the Informant and the petitioner No.1 got his signature on two blank papers by showing fire arm. From the written report, it appears that both the parties are on litigating terms and there are general allegations

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55596 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 against the petitioners.

In view of such, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.932 of 2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
