That this petition is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 9.10.2015 passed by learned District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.) East Champaran at Motihari in a Case NO. 72/2015 whereby and whereunder the learned Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.19081 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 Officer has cancelled the appointment Latter No. Camp N0. 9 dated 18.4.2015 issued from the office of C.D.P.O. Raxaul for the appointment of Anganbari Sewika in the Gram Panchayat Raj Jokiari, Ward No. 12, at Centre No. 23 Block Raxaul, East Champaran, and further directed to stop the selection process of Anganbari Sewika/Sahiyaka in the Panchayat in compliance of the order dated 9.10.2015 and further directed to the respondents the operation of order dated 9.10.2015 remain stay during the pendency of this writ application and further directed to reinstate the service of the petitioner as Aganbari Sewika at Centre No. 23, ward no. 12."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
