In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 7 of the E.C. Act.

In the First Information Report, an allegation has been made against the petitioner of supplying less quantity of grains. There is also a complaint from some consumers of charging the higher rate.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Raghunath Prasad, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41091 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIVth, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
