Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that application no.505310102071600049/1A dated 30.09.2016, filed before the Public Grievance Redressal Forum, has not been forwarded to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms for its proper adjudication for granting relief as prayed for in the present application.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation in accordance with Section 4 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Madhubani.

4. The Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Madhubani is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
