The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No.29 of 2013 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner got employment as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) on the basis of forged registration certificate issued by the Registrar, Bihar Nurses Registration Council, I am not inclined to grant her pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
