Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners are only alleged to be members of the mob. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 04.04.2019 and 19.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 21142 of 2019 and 24299 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid orders. Let the same be kept on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
