JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
At an earlier occasion, vide Cr. Misc. No.6447 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45671 of 2016 (02) dt.16-11-2016 2015, which was taken up along with other anticipatory bail petition so enumerated therein Annexure-1, all those were dismissed as withdrawn.
Subsequently thereof, the plea of some of the accused other than petitioners were considered under Cr. Misc. No.12583 of 2016, on the basis thereof, some of the petitioners renewed their prayer under Cr. Misc. No.33625 of 2016 wherein it was observed that it happens to be a good ground for grant of regular bail in the background of the fact that by an act of forgery, petitioners could not succeed in getting their employment.
The case of the petitioners stand on similar footing whereupon the observation whatever been made under Cr. Misc. No.33625 of 2016 will operate.
With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
