2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the the petitioner informs this Court that as per the statement made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents (Patna Municipal Corporation), all the retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. He further submitted that now the petitioner is only aggrieved for non-payment of total amount of Rs. 3,73,061/- which has not been paid to the petitioner and the ground for non-payment is mentioned in paragraph No.7 to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9623 of 2020(7) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 counter affidavit that the same will be paid to the petitioner after receiving allotment from the Headquarter.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna is directed to take necessary steps forthwith for making payment of the remaining amount of dues along with applicable rate of interest payable to the petitioner within a period of three weeks taking into consideration the specific statement made in paragraph no.7 of the counter Affidavit. The petitioner, if so desires, is at liberty to make representation before the Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna.

4. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
