Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioners:

"To quash the order dated 15.4.14, a copy of which is annexed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.17719 of 2014(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 annexure-9 passed by Presiding Officer District Appellate Authority Saharsa in Appeal Case No. 41/13 by which he has rejected the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioners on erroneous consideration of facts and law and further for a direction to the Authority to appoint the petitioners at the post of Panchayat Teachers and to pay them the salary for the same."

Taking into account that the order under challenge is passed by the District Appellate Authority, Saharsa, in connection with Appeal Case No. 41/13, the petitioners are directed to file a statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days. The State Appellate Authority shall dispose of the same within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
