On account of delay of 88 days, I.A. No. 1751/2017 has been filed on behalf of appellant to condone the delay. No ground has been enumerated in the said petition which could justify the prayer of the appellant to condone the delay, consequent thereof, the I.A. under reference is found fit to be rejected and is, accordingly, rejected.
