After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the individual members of the petitioner's Sangh to approach this Court individually by filing separate writ petitions pursuant to a valid cause of action, which in their view has already occurred on

Patna High Court CWJC No.7043 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 account of threat of demolition of their shops. Liberty so sought is granted.
