The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 438 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 23.11.2018 at 8.30 pm. when the informant was going to purchase medicines and in the way four persons, named in the FIR, including the petitioner along with three unknown, surrounded him and on the order of Arjun Singh and Ranjan Rai, co-accused Rameshwar Rai and Mitthu Singh (petitioner) caught hold this waist and Arjun Singh and Ranjan Rai with intention to kill him, inflicted repeated

Petitioner snatched his golden chain and co-accused Rameshwar Rai has taken his five hundred rupees from his pocket. When the informant become conscious, he found himself at the clinic of Dr. Barun Kumar.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Arjun Singh. Petitioner being the full brother of Arjun Singh, has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is jail since 12.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
