2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Tilauithu P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 read with S.T. No. 354 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2024 and the learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the trial is on the verge of completion and only the I.O. of the case is yet to be examined.

4. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, the earlier rejection order and also considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
