The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is involved in day light loot and he is accused in one more case.

Considering the nature of offence, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
