1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the stage of the case, on which the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that despite his best endeavours, he could not contact the petitioner nor the petitioner ever tried to contact him, as such, he is not aware of the stage of the case presently.

3. The learned APP for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, submits that the order impugned is of the year 2016 and thereafter much water has flown and in the event if the Court interferes with the order and the stage of the case has changed then in that event, the entire effort of the Court would

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
