Mr.Lalit Kishore ( Ag ) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I. That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondents authority to grant the petitioner 2nd promotion under MACP scheme from the date she had completed 10 years in the post of constable from the date she was granted 1st promotion under ACP scheme.

II. That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent authority to grant the petitioner all consequential benefits including arrears of salary as a result of grant of 2nd promotion

III. That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondents authority to grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of sub-Inspector of Police from the date her Juniors have been promoted to that post or in alternative keep a post of SubInspector, vacant for her the till the disposal of the so called departmental proceeding no. 154/17.

IV. Any other relief reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna (Respondent No. 5) is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner as to whether petitioner is entitled for the relief sought in the present petition read with the representation and pass speaking order. If petitioner is eligible, necessary monetary benefits shall also be extended to him. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
