JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the notice dated 20.6.2020, issued by the Circle Officer, Ratnifaridpur Anchal, DistrictJehanabad i.e. the Respondent No. 4, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner be granted liberty to file his reply and the Respondent No. 4 be directed to supply a copy of the measurement report, whereupon the Respondent No. 4 may pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9617 of 2020(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate reply to the aforesaid notice dated 20.6.2020 within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the Respondent No. 4 shall take appropriate decision by passing appropriate orders, in accordance with law, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 4, within a period of two weeks from today, for supply of measurement report, if any, the same shall be supplied forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
