The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 288/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with two others caught hold of the father of the informant and then co-accused Shambhu Chaudhary slit his neck with fasuli with intent to kill him as a result of which, he became senseless and fell down.
