JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 08-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now this application has become infructuous because the opposite parties have passed a final order in departmental proceeding and against such order, the petitioner has filed a fresh writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No. 13552 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties also has taken a stand that the direction given by this Court in the connected writ application has been complied with.
