JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 408, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Area Manager in RCI Management Services. He is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that earlier also petitioner had recovered cash from different custodians and deposited the amount in the company. The custodians are responsible for depositing cash in the ATMs. Further, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43027 of 2017(3) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 04.10.2016 and petitioner's case is on better footing. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Priyashekhar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
