At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that, since no action has been taken by the authorized officer afresh in terms of the direction contained in order dated 25.6.2013 passed in SA No. 82 of 2013 by Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna , this writ application appears to be premature. However, he seeks liberty to file appropriate case before

Patna High Court CWJC No.4485 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 appropriate forum at appropriate time.

Such liberty is not required to be given to the petitioner since that has already been granted vide the aforesaid order dated 25.6.2013.

Accordingly this writ application stands disposed of.
