JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for granting the benefits of 1st MACP w.e.f. 1.1.2009 after completion of ten years of service and for grant of 2nd MACP from 13.4.2018 after completion of 20 years of service, and for grant of all consequential benefits, including revision of pension and other retiral dues."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.7317 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 Magistrate, Arwal i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
