The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 dated 04.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired only in the confession of an arrested accused person. The petitioner has not yet been put on Test

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26972 of 2020(3) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 Identification Parade and nothing incriminating has been recovered from him so far.

Some of the co-accused persons of this case have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner has been in custody since 20.11.2019.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019.
