This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023 registered under sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is recovery of 180 litres of foreign liquor. The petitioners are in custody since 14.02.2023 and they have clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33410 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners and the fact that they have clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No. 3, Gaya, in connection with Excise P.S.
