This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 347, 324, 307, 337, 338, 383, 333 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The first information report is against unknown 400-500 people, who have scuffled with the informant while the informant was discharging the official duty.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
